  • Author: amelia
  • Total Time: 25 minutes
  • Yield: 4 wraps 1x

Description

This Bacon Mac ’n’ Cheese Burger Wrap is the best of both worlds—juicy burger, creamy mac and cheese, crispy bacon, and melty cheese, all wrapped in a warm tortilla. It’s a handheld feast of cheesy, smoky, and savory goodness!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups prepared mac and cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup burger sauce (mix mayo, ketchup, and mustard)
  • 2 tbsp butter (for toasting)

Instructions

  • Cook the beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce until browned. Drain excess grease.
  • Assemble the wrap: Lay a tortilla flat, add a layer of mac and cheese, followed by cooked beef, bacon, shredded cheese, and a drizzle of burger sauce.
  • Wrap it up: Fold the sides in, then roll tightly like a burrito.
  • Toast it: Melt butter in a pan and toast the wrap for 1-2 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
  • Serve hot with extra sauce or pickles on the side!

Notes

  • Use smoked gouda or pepper jack for extra cheesiness.
  • Add caramelized onions or jalapeños for more flavor.
  • Swap beef for grilled chicken or turkey for a lighter version.
