Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs

1 cup buttermilk

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp salt

2 cups cornflakes, crushed

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

2 tbsp olive oil (or spray)
For the hot honey glaze:

1/4 cup honey
-
1 tbsp hot sauce (adjust to taste)

1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)
Instructions

Marinate chicken in buttermilk, garlic powder, paprika, and salt for at least 30 minutes (or overnight).

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment and grease lightly.

Mix coating: Combine crushed cornflakes, breadcrumbs, and olive oil in a shallow dish.

Coat chicken: Remove from marinade, dredge in the crunchy mix, and press to stick.

Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and cooked through, flipping once halfway.

Make glaze: In a saucepan, heat honey, hot sauce, and chili flakes until warm.
