Description

A perfect combination of rich, fudgy brownies and creamy cheesecake in a bite-sized treat! These mini cheesecakes are easy to make and perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • Brownie Layer:

    • ½ cup butter (melted)
    • ½ cup sugar
    • 1 egg
    • ⅓ cup cocoa powder
    • ¼ cup flour
    • ½ tsp vanilla extract
    • Pinch of salt
  • Cheesecake Layer:

    • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
    • ¼ cup sugar
    • 1 egg
    • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Prepare Brownie Base: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with liners. Mix butter, sugar, egg, cocoa, flour, vanilla, and salt. Spoon a tablespoon into each liner and bake for 5 minutes.
  • Make Cheesecake Filling: Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Assemble & Bake: Pour cheesecake mixture over the brownie layer and bake for 15 minutes. Let cool completely.
  • Chill & Serve: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Enjoy!
