Brownie Layer:
- ½ cup butter (melted)
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 egg
- ⅓ cup cocoa powder
- ¼ cup flour
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt

Cheesecake Layer:
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 egg
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Prepare Brownie Base: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with liners. Mix butter, sugar, egg, cocoa, flour, vanilla, and salt. Spoon a tablespoon into each liner and bake for 5 minutes.
- Make Cheesecake Filling: Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
- Assemble & Bake: Pour cheesecake mixture over the brownie layer and bake for 15 minutes. Let cool completely.
- Chill & Serve: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Enjoy!
