- 4 cups green cabbage, chopped
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
- 4 cups beef broth
- ½ cup uncooked white rice
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Brown the Beef
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and onion, cook until beef is browned, then drain excess fat.

- Stir in garlic, cabbage, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and beef broth.

- Add rice, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and bay leaf.
