- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- Prepare the Rolls:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Using a small knife, create a slit in each roll, making a pocket without cutting all the way through.
- Stuff the Rolls:
- Fill each roll with a generous pinch of shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Make the Garlic Butter:
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, dried parsley, and salt.
- Brush and Top the Rolls:
- Place the stuffed rolls on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops and sides generously with the garlic butter mixture.
- If desired, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the rolls for extra flavor.
- Bake the Rolls:
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve and Enjoy:
- Serve warm as a side dish, appetizer, or snack. Pair with marinara sauce or ranch dressing for dipping.
Notes
- Use different cheeses like cheddar or pepper jack for variety.
- To make it extra garlicky, add garlic powder to the melted butter mixture.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge and reheat in the oven for 5-7 minutes at 350°F (175°C).
