  • ⅓ cup peanut butter (melted slightly for swirling)


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • In a bowl, whisk flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.

  • In another bowl, beat butter and sugars until creamy. Add egg and vanilla, mixing well.

  • Gradually add dry ingredients, stirring until combined.

  • Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the baking sheet. Drizzle melted peanut butter over each and swirl with a toothpick.

  • Bake for 8-10 minutes or until set. Let cool before serving.
