Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup chicken broth
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp salt & black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
1️⃣ Cook the Chicken – Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, sear chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
2️⃣ Prepare the Sauce – In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in chicken broth, scraping up any browned bits, then add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Stir until smooth.
3️⃣ Add the Bacon & Chicken – Stir in crispy bacon, then return chicken to the skillet, spooning sauce over the top. Simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
4️⃣ Serve & Enjoy! – Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm with your favorite side.
