- 200g pasta (penne or fusilli)
- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 4 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 cup corn kernels (fresh, frozen, or canned)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Boil pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Prepare Chicken & Bacon: In a large skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside. In the same skillet, sauté chicken until golden and cooked through.
- Make the Sauce: Add garlic and corn to the skillet, cooking for 2 minutes. Pour in cream and Parmesan, stirring until the sauce thickens.
- Combine & Serve: Add cooked pasta and bacon to the sauce. Toss well, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.

- For a spicy kick, add red pepper flakes.
