Ingredients

  • 200g pasta (penne or fusilli)
  • 2 chicken breasts, diced
  • 4 slices bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup corn kernels (fresh, frozen, or canned)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Cook the Pasta: Boil pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Prepare Chicken & Bacon: In a large skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside. In the same skillet, sauté chicken until golden and cooked through.
  • Make the Sauce: Add garlic and corn to the skillet, cooking for 2 minutes. Pour in cream and Parmesan, stirring until the sauce thickens.
  • Combine & Serve: Add cooked pasta and bacon to the sauce. Toss well, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.
