This Creamy Garlic Shrimp is the perfect weeknight dinner — rich, savory, and ready in minutes! Juicy shrimp coated in a luscious garlic cream sauce will have everyone asking for seconds.
Ingredients

1 lb (450g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 tbsp olive oil

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 cup heavy cream

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Add shrimp and cook for 1–2 minutes per side until pink. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.

Pour in cream and stir in Parmesan. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until thickened.

Return shrimp to the skillet and coat with the sauce. Cook for another 1–2 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with parsley if desired. Serve hot!
