  • ½ cup all-purpose flour (or gluten-free flour)
  • ½ cup water (or milk for extra richness)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs (for extra crispiness)
  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan (optional, for extra flavor)
  • Cooking spray or oil (for baking)

Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat & Prep:

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2️⃣ Make the Batter:

  • In a bowl, whisk together flour, water (or milk), garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until smooth.

3️⃣ Coat the Cauliflower:

  • Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, shaking off excess.
  • Roll in panko breadcrumbs (mixed with parmesan, if using) for extra crunch.

4️⃣ Bake Until Crispy:

  • Arrange on the baking sheet, spray lightly with cooking oil, and bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.

Notes
