- ½ cup all-purpose flour (or gluten-free flour)
- ½ cup water (or milk for extra richness)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs (for extra crispiness)
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan (optional, for extra flavor)
- Cooking spray or oil (for baking)
Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat & Prep:
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Make the Batter:
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, water (or milk), garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
3️⃣ Coat the Cauliflower:
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, shaking off excess.
- Roll in panko breadcrumbs (mixed with parmesan, if using) for extra crunch.
4️⃣ Bake Until Crispy:
- Arrange on the baking sheet, spray lightly with cooking oil, and bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
5️⃣ Serve & Enjoy:
- Serve hot with ranch, garlic aioli, or spicy sriracha mayo!

✔️ For air frying: Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
