Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a bowl, combine the cottage cheese, grated parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until fully combined.

Using a spoon, drop small spoonfuls of the cottage cheese mixture onto the parchment-lined baking sheet, spreading each spoonful into a thin circle to form small chips.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and crispy.
