Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/4 tsp onion powder

  • 1/4 tsp paprika

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Fresh herbs (such as rosemary or thyme), optional for garnish


Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • In a bowl, combine the cottage cheese, grated parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until fully combined.

  • Using a spoon, drop small spoonfuls of the cottage cheese mixture onto the parchment-lined baking sheet, spreading each spoonful into a thin circle to form small chips.

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and crispy.

  • Let the chips cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

  • For a variation, you can add other seasonings such as chili flakes, Italian seasoning, or lemon zest.

  • To make the chips extra crispy, flatten the spoonfuls as thin as possible.
