Ingredients
- 12 chicken wings
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp smoked paprika (optional)
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for a little heat)
- 1 tbsp fresh chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a wire rack.
2️⃣ Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels.
3️⃣ In a bowl, mix olive oil with all the dry rub ingredients (paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and cayenne).
4️⃣ Toss the wings in the dry rub mixture, ensuring they are well-coated.
5️⃣ Arrange the wings on the baking sheet or rack in a single layer.
6️⃣ Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
7️⃣ Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce!
