  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  • Preheat the oven:

    • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

  • Prepare the potatoes:

    • Cut the potatoes into wedges, leaving the skin on for extra crispiness.

    • In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with melted butter, garlic, paprika, rosemary (if using), salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

  • Bake the wedges:

    • Spread the coated potato wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

    • Bake for 35-40 minutes, flipping the wedges halfway through, until golden and crispy on the outside, and tender on the inside.

  • Serve:

    • Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped fresh parsley for a burst of color and flavor. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce, such as ketchup, ranch, or aioli.

Notes

  • To make the wedges extra crispy, you can soak them in water for 30 minutes before cooking, then pat them dry before seasoning.
