3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
-
3 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped (optional)
-
1 teaspoon paprika
-
Salt and black pepper, to taste
-
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
-
Preheat the oven:
-
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
-
-
Prepare the potatoes:
-
Cut the potatoes into wedges, leaving the skin on for extra crispiness.
-
In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with melted butter, garlic, paprika, rosemary (if using), salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
-
-
Bake the wedges:
-
Spread the coated potato wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
-
Bake for 35-40 minutes, flipping the wedges halfway through, until golden and crispy on the outside, and tender on the inside.
-
-
Serve:
-
Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped fresh parsley for a burst of color and flavor. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce, such as ketchup, ranch, or aioli.
-
Notes
-
To make the wedges extra crispy, you can soak them in water for 30 minutes before cooking, then pat them dry before seasoning.
-
You can also add grated Parmesan cheese on top during the last 5 minutes of baking for an extra savory flavor.
