Description

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (halved lengthwise)

  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese

  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp paprika

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • 1 egg, beaten

  • 2 tbsp olive oil (for frying)

For the Hot Honey:

  • ¼ cup honey

  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes

  • ½ tsp apple cider vinegar


Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix feta, panko, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  • Dip chicken pieces into the beaten egg, then press into the feta mixture to coat.

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until crispy and golden brown.

  • Meanwhile, warm honey in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir in red pepper flakes and vinegar.

  • Drizzle hot honey over the crispy chicken and serve immediately.
