Ingredients

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (halved lengthwise)

½ cup crumbled feta cheese

½ cup panko breadcrumbs

1 egg, beaten

2 tbsp olive oil (for frying)
For the Hot Honey:

¼ cup honey

1 tsp red pepper flakes

½ tsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions

In a bowl, mix feta, panko, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Dip chicken pieces into the beaten egg, then press into the feta mixture to coat.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until crispy and golden brown.

Meanwhile, warm honey in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir in red pepper flakes and vinegar.
