Ingredients

1 lb lobster tail meat, cut into bite-sized chunks

1/2 cup buttermilk

Garlic Butter Sauce:

1/4 cup unsalted butter

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions

Marinate: Soak lobster pieces in buttermilk for 15 minutes.

Prepare coating: In a bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Fry: Heat oil in a skillet to 350°F (175°C). Coat lobster in the flour mix and fry until golden and crispy (about 2–3 minutes per side). Drain on paper towels.
