- Salt & pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine spinach, cream cheese, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Create a pocket in each salmon fillet and stuff with the spinach mixture.
- Brush salmon with olive oil, sprinkle with paprika, and season with salt and pepper.
