Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 pound baby potatoes, halved

4 ears of corn, cut into halves

1/2 pound andouille sausage, sliced

1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for extra spice)

1 lemon, sliced

3 tablespoons butter

Salt and black pepper, to taste

2 cups water (or chicken broth for extra flavor)
Instructions

Prepare the ingredients:

Add the baby potatoes, corn, and andouille sausage to the Crock Pot.

Sprinkle over the Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper (if using). Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Add the liquid and butter:

Pour in the water (or chicken broth) and place the butter and lemon slices on top.
