2 teaspoons garlic, minced

1 teaspoon fresh thyme (or 1/2 teaspoon dried)

-
Marinate the chicken:
-
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, oregano, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.

Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring it’s fully coated. Seal and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.

Preheat the grill:

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. If you’re using a grill pan, preheat it over medium-high heat as well.
-
-
Grill the chicken:
-
Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.
-
Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
-
-
Serve:
-
Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
-
Garnish with lemon wedges and additional fresh herbs if desired.
-
Notes
