Instructions

  • Marinate the chicken:

    • In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, oregano, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.

    • Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring it’s fully coated. Seal and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.

  • Preheat the grill:

    • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. If you’re using a grill pan, preheat it over medium-high heat as well.

  • Grill the chicken:

    • Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
