These oven-baked chicken bites are a fuss-free way to enjoy tender, flavorful chicken without the mess of frying. Seasoned to perfection, they’re great for dipping, tossing in sauces, or adding to salads and wraps.
Ingredients

1 lb (450 g) boneless, skinless chicken breast or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp paprika

½ tsp onion powder

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

In a bowl, toss chicken pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Spread chicken bites evenly on the baking sheet.

Bake for 15–18 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and cooked through (internal temp: 165°F / 74°C).

Optional: Broil for 1–2 minutes for extra crispiness.

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
