- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground chicken, breaking it apart and cooking until browned (5-6 minutes).
- Stir in garlic and ginger, cooking for 1 minute until fragrant.

- Add coleslaw mix (or cabbage and carrots) to the pan.
- Pour in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and sriracha.
- Stir well and cook for 5 minutes, until the cabbage is slightly softened but still crisp.
