- 4 tbsp pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 eggs, scrambled
- 2 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/4 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place English muffin halves on a baking sheet and spread pizza sauce on each.
- Top with scrambled eggs, cheese, bacon, and bell peppers.
- Sprinkle with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
