- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 pieces)
- 3 tbsp butter (melted)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
Instructions
- Prepare the Filling: Brown ground beef in a pan, seasoning with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Drain excess grease and mix in cheddar cheese.
- Assemble the Bombs: Flatten biscuit dough, place a spoonful of beef mixture in the center, and seal edges to form a ball.
- Bake to Perfection: Place on a baking sheet, seam side down. Mix melted butter with garlic, then brush over bombs. Sprinkle with parmesan and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve & Enjoy: Garnish with parsley and serve warm with dipping sauce.
