These golden, cheesy, and juicy burger-filled bombs are the ultimate party snack—crispy on the outside and bursting with flavor inside!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 pieces)
  • 3 tbsp butter (melted)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Filling: Brown ground beef in a pan, seasoning with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Drain excess grease and mix in cheddar cheese.
  • Assemble the Bombs: Flatten biscuit dough, place a spoonful of beef mixture in the center, and seal edges to form a ball.
  • Bake to Perfection: Place on a baking sheet, seam side down. Mix melted butter with garlic, then brush over bombs. Sprinkle with parmesan and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
  • Serve & Enjoy: Garnish with parsley and serve warm with dipping sauce.

Notes

  • Serve with ketchup, ranch, or burger sauce for extra flavor.
