Ingredients
For the Chimichurri Sauce:

For the Shrimp:

1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

Make the chimichurri sauce:

In a bowl, combine parsley, red wine vinegar, olive oil, garlic, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Stir well until everything is mixed.

Set aside to let the flavors meld while you prepare the shrimp.

Prepare the shrimp:

In a separate bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until the shrimp are evenly coated.
