Ingredients
- 1 lb pork tenderloin
- 3 tbsp honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Marinade – In a bowl, mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, mustard, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
2️⃣ Marinate the Pork – Coat the pork tenderloin with the marinade and let it rest for at least 30 minutes.
3️⃣ Sear & Bake – Sear the pork in a skillet for 2-3 minutes per side, then transfer to a 400°F (200°C) oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
4️⃣ Rest & Serve – Let the pork rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Drizzle with extra glaze and enjoy!
