- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)

Instructions
- Preheat the Grill or Oven: Heat your grill to 350°F (175°C) or preheat your oven to the same temperature.
- Assemble the Pig Shots:
- Wrap each sausage slice with a piece of bacon, forming a “cup.” Secure with a toothpick.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper.
- Fill each bacon cup with the cheese mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
- Cook:
- Grill Method: Place the pig shots upright on the grill and cook for 25-30 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the filling is bubbly.
- Oven Method: Arrange the pig shots on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Serve: Remove from the grill or oven and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm!
