  • 4 burger buns

  • ½ cup tzatziki sauce

  • Fresh mint or parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  • Prepare the Lamb Patties:

    • In a large bowl, mix ground lamb, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, paprika, salt, and pepper.

    • Form into 4 equal-sized patties.

  • Cook the Patties:

    • Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.

    • Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
