Instructions

Crush the Oreos: Place the Oreos in a plastic bag or food processor and crush them until fine crumbs form.

Whip the cream: In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.

Assemble the shots: Spoon a layer of crushed Oreos into the bottom of each serving cup. Follow with a generous layer of cheesecake filling. Repeat the layers, ending with a layer of cheesecake filling on top.
