Instructions

  • Crush the Oreos: Place the Oreos in a plastic bag or food processor and crush them until fine crumbs form.

  • Make the filling: In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

  • Whip the cream: In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.

  • Assemble the shots: Spoon a layer of crushed Oreos into the bottom of each serving cup. Follow with a generous layer of cheesecake filling. Repeat the layers, ending with a layer of cheesecake filling on top.

  • Garnish: Top with a sprinkle of crushed Oreos and mini chocolate chips (if using).

  • Chill: Refrigerate the mini cheesecake shots for at least 2 hours, or until ready to serve.
