Ingredients

1 can (8-count) refrigerated croissant dough

8 mozzarella sticks or 1 cup shredded mozzarella

16 slices of pepperoni

1 tablespoon butter, melted

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon Italian seasoning

¼ cup marinara sauce (for serving)
Instructions

Preheat & Prepare Dough:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Separate the croissant dough into triangles.

Assemble the Rolls:

Place 2 slices of pepperoni and 1 mozzarella stick (or shredded cheese) on the wider end of each croissant triangle.

Roll up tightly, starting from the wide end, and tuck in the sides to keep the cheese from melting out.

Place rolls on the prepared baking sheet.
