  • 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded

  • 1 can (10 oz) nacho cheese soup

  • ½ cup sour cream

  • ½ cup milk

  • 1 tsp taco seasoning

  • 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained

  • 2 cups crushed tortilla chips (plus more for topping)

  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese

  • Fresh cilantro or green onions, for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

  2. In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, nacho cheese soup, sour cream, milk, taco seasoning, and diced tomatoes. Mix well.

  3. Stir in crushed tortilla chips and 1 cup shredded cheese.

  4. Pour mixture into the prepared dish and spread evenly.

  5. Top with remaining cheese and extra crushed chips.

  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
