Ingredients

3 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 can (10 oz) nacho cheese soup

½ cup sour cream

½ cup milk

1 tsp taco seasoning

1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained

2 cups crushed tortilla chips (plus more for topping)

1½ cups shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese

Fresh cilantro or green onions, for garnish (optional)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, nacho cheese soup, sour cream, milk, taco seasoning, and diced tomatoes. Mix well.

Stir in crushed tortilla chips and 1 cup shredded cheese.

Pour mixture into the prepared dish and spread evenly.

Top with remaining cheese and extra crushed chips.
