Ingredients
For the Chicken:

2 large chicken breasts, halved lengthwise (to make 4 cutlets)

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Salt & pepper, to taste

1 egg, beaten

2 tbsp olive oil (for pan-frying)
For the Garlic Cream Sauce:

1 tbsp butter

4 garlic cloves, minced

1 cup heavy cream
-
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt & pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Prepare the Chicken: Mix Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Dip chicken cutlets in beaten egg, then coat with the crumb mixture.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Pan-fry chicken for 4–5 minutes per side or until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

Make the Sauce: In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in Parmesan, season with salt and pepper, and let thicken for 3–4 minutes.

Return chicken to the pan, spoon sauce over the top, and simmer for 2 more minutes.

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
