- 3 pizza dough rounds (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 ½ cups pizza sauce
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup sliced pepperoni
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for brushing)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a deep cake pan or springform pan.
- Roll out the dough to fit the pan and pre-bake each layer for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden.
- Assemble the layers: Start with a layer of dough, spread pizza sauce, sprinkle mozzarella, add Parmesan, and layer with pepperoni. Repeat for all layers.
- Top it off with extra cheese, pepperoni, and Italian seasoning. Brush the edges with olive oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let cool for 5 minutes, then carefully remove from the pan. Slice and enjoy!

- For extra flavor, add sautéed mushrooms, onions, or bell peppers between layers.
- Use a deep-dish pan for more layers and structure.
- Serve with ranch or marinara sauce for dipping.
