- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 pieces)
- 1 lb breakfast sausage
- 4 large eggs (scrambled)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp butter (melted)
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the Sausage: Brown the sausage in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess grease and set aside.
- Prepare the Eggs: Scramble eggs in a bowl, season with salt and pepper, then cook in the same skillet.
- Assemble the Bread: Cut biscuit dough into quarters. Toss biscuit pieces in a bowl with melted butter, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Layer the Ingredients: Layer dough pieces, sausage, scrambled eggs, and cheese in a greased bundt pan. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
- Bake: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 25–30 minutes, until golden brown.
- Serve & Enjoy: Let cool slightly before flipping onto a plate. Pull apart and enjoy!
