Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with this creamy, dreamy Shamrock Swirl Pie! With a vibrant green mint filling swirled into a rich, velvety cheesecake base, this no-bake dessert is as fun to make as it is to eat.
Ingredients
1 pre-made chocolate cookie crust
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup heavy whipping cream
½ cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp peppermint extract
Green food coloring (a few drops)
½ cup white chocolate, melted
Whipped cream & sprinkles for garnish (optional)
Instructions
1️⃣ In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and peppermint extract until smooth.
2️⃣ In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
3️⃣ Divide the mixture in half. Tint one half with green food coloring and leave the other white.
4️⃣ Pour both mixtures into the chocolate crust, alternating spoonfuls, then swirl gently with a toothpick for a marbled effect.
5️⃣ Drizzle melted white chocolate over the top and chill for at least 4 hours until set.
6️⃣ Garnish with whipped cream and sprinkles before serving.
