Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Meat Mixture:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Drain excess fat, then add the chopped onion and cook for another 2-3 minutes until softened.

- Spread the beef mixture evenly in the bottom of a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Top with sour cream and shredded cheddar cheese, spreading evenly.
4️⃣ Add the Tater Tots:
- Arrange the frozen tater tots in a single layer over the top of the casserole.

- Place the casserole in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
