Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 2 cups broccoli florets

  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp lemon zest

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  • In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.

  • Divide shrimp and broccoli evenly among 4 foil sheets. Drizzle with the garlic lemon butter sauce.

  • Fold foil packets and seal tightly. Place on a baking sheet.

  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until shrimp is pink and broccoli is tender.

  • Carefully open packets, garnish with parsley, and serve.

Notes

  • Can be grilled instead of baked (cook for 10-12 minutes over medium heat).

  • Serve with rice, pasta, or crusty bread for a complete meal.
