This Shrimp Scampi Bowl is a perfect balance of succulent shrimp, a garlicky buttery sauce, and tender pasta, served with crispy garlic bread for the ultimate comfort meal.

- 250 g (9 oz) spaghetti or linguine
- 400 g (14 oz) shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 120 ml (½ cup) white wine or chicken broth
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 50 g (½ cup) grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 slices of garlic bread

Cook the Pasta
- Boil salted water and cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Garlic Shrimp
- In a large pan, heat butter and olive oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add shrimp, season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes, and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove shrimp and set aside.

Make the Scampi Sauce
- Pour white wine (or broth) into the pan, scraping up any bits.
- Let simmer for 2 minutes, then add lemon juice and parsley.

Combine and Serve
- Return shrimp to the pan and toss with the sauce.
- Add the cooked pasta, toss well, and top with Parmesan cheese.
- Serve hot with crispy garlic bread on the side.
Notes
- Substitute white wine with chicken broth for an alcohol-free version.
- For extra creaminess, add a splash of heavy cream.
