- Prepare the Base:

- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a parchment-lined 8×8-inch pan to create an even crust.
- Add the Marshmallows and Chocolate:
- Spread the mini marshmallows evenly over the graham cracker crust.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and peanut butter (if using) in 20-second intervals, stirring after each, until smooth.
- Assemble the Bars:
- Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the marshmallows, spreading it evenly to cover the surface.
- Chill to Set:
- Refrigerate the pan for at least 2 hours, or until the bars are firm and easy to cut.
