These Spicy Bacon Cheese Bites are the perfect combination of crispy bacon, gooey cheese, and a spicy kick! They’re easy to make and ideal for parties, game nights, or a quick snack.

- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 jalapeño, finely chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tube refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapeño, garlic powder, paprika, and crumbled bacon.
- Roll out crescent dough and cut into small squares.
- Place a spoonful of the cheese mixture in the center of each square and fold into a ball, sealing edges.
- Brush with egg wash and bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce!
Notes
- Swap jalapeños for mild green chilies for less heat.
- Add a sprinkle of Parmesan on top before baking for extra flavor.
- Serve with ranch, sriracha mayo, or marinara sauce.
